Beyond the chair
We're a small, tight‑knit team that genuinely likes spending time together — after hours, on weekends, at team dinners, in Halloween costumes (around here, a formal dress code). Group chat is open 24/7. Birthdays get sung loud. And yes — the office puppy comes to work; consider him part of the anesthesia.
If you've ever dreaded a dental visit, we hope walking through our door feels a little more like dropping in on friends.
Our chat assistant is named after the real puppy who visits the office. Bruno (the bot) is a digital concierge — warm, clear, and happy to route you to a human. Say hi in the chat bubble, or just come meet the four‑legged version in person.
About Our Practice
West Market Family Dental Care has been a cornerstone of Pottsville for years, serving families across Schuylkill County with honest, unhurried, compassionate dentistry. We're not a chain — we're your neighbors.
Our team takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you're comfortable at every visit. Whether you're coming in for a routine cleaning or something more involved, you'll always be treated with respect and transparency.

Rooted in Pottsville
Pottsville isn't where we put our name on the door. It's where we grocery shop, cheer for the high school, and wave back to the mail carrier. When you sit in our chair, you're sitting with a neighbor.
What Patients Are Saying
Five-star reviews from real patients across Pottsville and Schuylkill County. We only show the highest ratings here — but you can read every review, including the in-between ones, on Google.

Insurance & Benefits
We bill most major PPO dental insurances directly and verify your benefits before your visit — so there are no surprises at check-in. We do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid; for those, simple in-house financing keeps treatment moving.
Don't see your carrier above? We accept many additional PPO plans — call (570) 622‑7436 and we'll verify your specific plan in a minute, before your appointment.
Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown here solely to indicate accepted insurance plans.
Our Team
A close-knit team of clinicians and front-office staff who treat every patient like a neighbor — because most of you are.

Dr. Chovatiya brings a rare combination of global training and research expertise to every patient appointment. His Doctor of Dental Medicine was earned at the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a Master of Science in Oral Biology at UCLA — where his research centered on cancer immunology in the context of oral health.
Before coming to the United States, Dr. Chovatiya completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Gujarat University in India, giving him a truly international perspective on dental science and patient care.
Today, he serves patients throughout the greater Lehigh Valley and Schuylkill County with a holistic, preventive philosophy — empowering each person with the knowledge and confidence to maintain a healthy smile for life.
Within the practice, Dr. Chovatiya handles the full breadth of modern dentistry — from routine preventive care and surgical extractions to clear aligners, hard‑ and soft‑tissue grafting, and single, multiple, or full‑mouth implants finished with same‑day 3D‑printed teeth. He's especially passionate about biomimetic and digital dentistry: an impression‑less workflow built around an in‑house CBCT scanner, the Trios 5 intraoral scanner, and a chair‑side 3D printer — so we can plan, place, and restore complex cases under one roof, often in a single visit.

Dr. Runkle began her career in dentistry at nineteen as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong foundation and a real passion for patient care. Years of dedication, continued education, and clinical advancement carried her into the role of a highly respected dental provider — known for her comprehensive knowledge and her commitment to excellence in patient care.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, where she was selected for the Honors Prosthodontics Program — a specialized track focused on complex, full-mouth rehabilitation. Her training spanned crown and bridge restorations, partial and complete dentures, and advanced implant techniques. For her clinical excellence and work in implant dentistry, she was recognized by the American Prosthodontic Society and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Before dental school, Dr. Runkle attended Bloomsburg University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biology while staying actively involved in campus life.
Outside the office, Dr. Runkle is happiest hunting and fishing, spending time with her brothers, or at a GNCC dirt-bike race. The passion and discipline she brings to her personal interests show up at the chair too — in the dedication and compassion she brings to every patient.

Office Manager
The first friendly face you'll meet.
Morgan has been dedicated to the dental field since 2019, beginning her career as a dental assistant — where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and the rhythm of clinical operations.
In April 2024 she stepped into the role of Office Manager, bringing both hands-on clinical experience and strong organizational instincts to the front office. She's committed to making every visit feel smooth, welcoming, and unhurried — and takes quiet pride in supporting both the team and the practice with professionalism and warmth.
Outside the practice, Morgan is happiest with family and friends, outdoors, or playing with her golden retriever Archie.
Dental Assistant
Bringing warmth and positivity to chairside.
Chloe Bledsoe is a fun-loving and social person who enjoys making the most out of everyday moments. She has a special love for Taco Bell, whether it's a quick bite or a casual hangout spot with friends. Spending time with the people she cares about is one of her favorite things, and she's always up for shopping trips or just relaxing and having a good time together.
Chloe also shares a close bond with her puppy, Lala, who brings her a lot of happiness and companionship. Whether they're playing or just spending quiet time together, Lala is an important part of her life.
She has also gained valuable knowledge and experience working in an office setting, where Morgan and Dr. Nishant played a role in teaching and guiding her. These experiences have helped shape her skills and confidence as she continues to grow.
Around here Chloe is Dr. Nishant's main assistant — which is a polite way of saying she's stuck with him. She runs the chairside, hands him the right instrument before he asks, and gracefully ignores his attempts at humor between patients. Translation: nothing in that operatory works without her, and we're all very aware of it.
Outside the practice, Chloe is happiest with friends, on a shopping trip, or curled up at home with her puppy Lala — bonus points if there's Taco Bell along the way.
